Terms and conditions
- SCOPE — These terms and conditions apply to all appointments and consultations offered by Thérapie Relationnelle, in person or remotely (video or telephone). By booking an appointment, the client accepts these terms without reservation.
- FREE FIRST CONSULTATION — A free 30-minute first consultation is offered. It can take place in person, by video call or by telephone. This first meeting is an opportunity to get to know each other, clarify the request and check that the support offered matches the client's needs. It carries no obligation to continue.
- NATURE OF THE SUPPORT — The consultations offered fall within the frame of relational therapeutic support. They are open to adults, couples, families, groups and minors. This support aims to strengthen relational, emotional and personal processes. It in no way replaces medical or psychiatric care. No medical diagnosis is made and no medical treatment is prescribed.
- RESPONSIBILITY AND PERSONAL COMMITMENT — The client remains fully responsible for their decisions, choices and actions before, during and after consultations. The support rests on a voluntary, active and collaborative approach.
- CONFIDENTIALITY — Everything shared in sessions is strictly confidential. Professional secrecy is respected within the limits of Swiss law, notably in cases of serious and imminent danger to the person or to others.
- APPOINTMENTS, CANCELLATIONS AND LATENESS — Any appointment cancelled or moved must be announced at least 24 hours in advance. Late cancellations or unannounced absences may be invoiced. In case of lateness, the session ends at the originally scheduled time and remains due in full.
- FEES AND PAYMENT — Fees are communicated in advance. Payment is made according to the arrangements agreed when booking. Consultations are in principle not reimbursed by basic health insurance, unless explicitly stated otherwise.
- REMOTE CONSULTATIONS — Remote consultations take place by video call or telephone. The client is responsible for having a quiet environment, an adequate connection and a space that guarantees the confidentiality of the exchange.
- CONSULTATIONS FOR MINORS — Minors are welcome. Consultations take place with the consent of at least one legal guardian. Depending on age, situation and needs, the presence or involvement of parents or legal guardians may be requested.
- PERSONAL DATA — Personal data (name, contact details, information shared in sessions) is treated confidentially. It is used exclusively within the frame of the therapeutic work and is neither sold nor passed on to third parties without explicit consent, except where required by law.
- APPLICABLE LAW — These terms and conditions are governed by Swiss law. In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution will be sought first.
